What is a "membership"?

Our ticketing partner Vendini uses the term "membership" to describe a season ticket. Purchasing a "membership" gives you a "benefit". The "benefit" to our "membership" is one (1) ticket to each 2017 season show, exactly how a normal season ticket works. When you want to use your season membership, you will need to "redeem your benefit" on the check out screen. This will result in your ticket being free of charge.

Do I need to pick my seat to all of the 2017 season shows at once?

No. That's the beauty of a membership. You can redeem and pick your seat for any shows, whenever you feel like it! Even the day of the performance you want to see. However, we do recommend reserving your seats as soon as they go on sale, as you don't want to miss out on your favorite seat ;)

 

Is my membership good for ALL shows at The Firehouse Theatre?

No. Only our regular season shows are included. The only shows not included are those shows clearly marked *SPECIAL ENGAGEMENT* in the description.

 

How do I redeem my membership benefit?

After purchasing a membership, you will receive a confirmation email with your PATRON ID. Take that ID, and on the payment portion of the purchase, you will notice a link to "REDEEM BENEFITS". Use your registered FIRST and LAST NAME and PATRON ID. You will then be prompted to use your benefit for the purchase. Your cart should equal $0, unless you have other tickets in your cart that will not have a membership applied to them (I.E. if you are buying for you and a friend, your ticket will be free). Can I purchase 2 memberships (husband and wife under one name, for example)?

Yes you can! There are now options at the bottom of the ordering window for double the membership. If you would like to add more than 2 memberships under one name, you can, however, you will have to go through the membership purchase process 2 times because the membership purchasing system doesn't allow the purchase of 2 different memberships at once. When redeeming your membership benefits (now more than 2 tickets to each show), you will need to go through the ticket check out process at least twice, once for each membership that you want to redeem from. If this seems complicated, it's not :) Just contact us and we can walk you through it.
