The Firehouse Theatre now has 3 levels of purchase for each show ticket, membership and packages for Mainstage Shows:

-Student (6-22)

-Adult

-Senior (65+)

The Firehouse Theatre now has 3 levels of purchase for each show ticket, flex ticket and packages for Youth Shows:

-Child (under 12)

-Student (12-22)

-Adult/Senior (65+)

 

What are your ticketing policies?

-All sales are final. No refunds.

-Ticket exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to the performance.

-Theatre doors will open approx. 30 minutes prior to scheduled performance time.

-Reserved seating will be held until curtain, after which, alternative seating may be used.

-NO LATE SEATING.

-Performance, artists and pricing are subject to change without notice.

-The use of recording/broadcasting devices is strictly prohibited during the performance, unless otherwise noted.

 

I don't have an email address, what can I do?

If you don't have an email address for the confirmation and tickets email, just give our box office a call at 972-620-3747 and leave a message and someone will get back to you about your purchase.

 

Who is Vendini? Is she a friend of Houdini?

Ha, no. Vendini is our ticketing and patron manager for The Firehouse Theatre. Should you have any questions about charges on your card that you don't recognize that say "Vendini" as the debtor, you can call them at 1-800-901-7173, option 3. They are VERY responsive and helpful!
